Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) to safely operate an 18–24 ft commercial vehicle and deliver dialysis products to home patients and dialysis centers. The role includes stock rotation, order accuracy, and periodic pickups or returns.

The schedule features a 4-day work week with early hours, 1–2 overnights per week, and weekends off. Competitive benefits start day one, plus overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A or B CDL with Air Brake endorsement; DOT rules and standard.
• Valid Medical Card.
• At least 1 year of driving comparable equipment with inside delivery experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain HOS log with ELD.
• Pass Industrial Capabilities Test.
• Ability to handle routes with overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dialysis products to home patients and dialysis centers.
• Rotate stock and verify order accuracy; some pickups/returns.
• Fulfill routes with up to 45+ cases per delivery.
• Operate equipment like lift gates, ramps, pallet jacks, and stairs climbers.
• Communicate effectively with patients, care teams, and supervisors.
