Job summary

Craft Massachusetts, a division within Sheehan Family Companies, is seeking a full-time CDL B Driver in Everett, MA. The role operates straight and box trucks with daily routes, supported by a Delivery Helper for unloading, and offers an hourly, non-exempt schedule from 5:45 AM to 1:00 PM or 5:00 PM depending on route.

The position includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus and requires a CDL Class B license, at least 1 year of CDL B experience, and a safety-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Active CDL Class B License in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating CDL B trucks.
• Strong safety-oriented mindset and adherence to safe driving practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday starting at 5:45 AM; end times may vary between 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM depending on route and delivery volume.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
• Rotate stock and place products appropriately in dry and refrigerated storage areas.
• Ensure all pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport.
• Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier.
• Load and return dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the supplier.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and respectful attitude toward customers and team members.
• Complete the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) to report any maintenance or repair needs.
