Job summary

Craft Massachusetts, a division within Sheehan Family Companies, is seeking a CDL B Driver for a full-time, on-site delivery role in Massachusetts. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:45 AM with potential end times 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and a pay range of $28.00–$36.00 per hour.

A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid through installments. The driver will safely operate straight and box trucks, supported by a Delivery Helper, and contribute to safe, efficient delivery while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years old to transport alcohol.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating CDL B trucks.
• Strong safety-oriented mindset and adherence to safe driving practices.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday starting at 5:45 AM; end times vary by route.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Deliver pre-sold products accurately and efficiently to customer accounts.
• Rotate stock and place products appropriately in dry and refrigerated storage areas.
• Ensure all pallets loaded onto the truck are secure and stable for transport.
• Collect empty containers and returns as required by the supplier.
• Load and return dunnage, pallets, and load bars to the supplier.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and respectful attitude toward customers and team members.
• Complete the Daily Vehicle Inspection Report (DVIR) to report any maintenance or repair needs.
