Job summary

Mayfield Dairy Farms, LLC is seeking a CDL driver in Marietta, GA to operate a straight truck or pup to deliver products to customers per the route schedule, while upholding safety and high customer service standards.

You will work a 4‑day week and be home each night, with on‑site maintenance support, company uniforms and boots, and a comprehensive benefits package. Requires High School diploma and CDL Class B with Air Brake endorsement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT procedures, rules, and requirements.
• Skill with math for calculating load size and recording accurate volume/weight measurements.
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to contribute to positive performance behaviors through personal example.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT and DFA rules, regulations and policies adhering to all safety practices.
• Deliver pre-ordered or unscheduled products according to route schedule and customer expectations with safe handling.
• Follow routes and schedules; report delays due to road conditions or breakdowns.
• Load/unload as required and assist with stocking/ordering depending on route.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper load security at all times.
• Complete daily paperwork including DOT and customer tickets, inspections, driver logs and trip records.
• Represent DFA positively in all customer interactions.
• Attend driver workshops and training sessions.
