Job summary

Ecowaste Solutions is hiring a CDL Class B Truck Driver in Cantonment, FL to operate roll-off or front end loader vehicles and stay close to home. Responsibilities include daily inspections, safe driving, and reporting issues to management.

You will work Monday–Friday, 10–12 hour shifts, with weekly pay and a competitive benefits package including health plans, HSA, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 year of verifiable Class B driving experience.
• No more than one moving violation on your MVR within the last 3 years.
• CDL Class A/B

Responsibilities

• Safely operate around 150 miles of home
• Complete daily pre and post trip inspections
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, break periods etc.) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Report any and all defects, accidents, or violations
• Carry out other duties as needed or instructed

As a CDL Class B Truck Driver, you could operate a roll-off or a commercial front end loader. Throughout your day, you are attentive to safety and are sure to report any defects, accidents, or violations. You inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and report preventative maintenance needs to management team. Each day, you are happy to be on the road and not stuck in an office.
