Qualifications

• CDL driver with at least 6 months experience.
• Ability to travel weekly and lift up to 110 lbs.
• Willing to get composite or steel-toe shoes.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to complete E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport protein products to restaurants, supermarkets, butcher shops, distributors, and other customers within assigned routes.
• Execute daily route plans and maintain on-time delivery performance.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain the cold chain and proper product handling to preserve food safety and quality.
• Collaborate with Logistics to optimize delivery schedules and communicate delays.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries at each stop.
• Verify orders and delivery documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Safely load, unload, and secure products following safety standards.
• Collect payments, obtain delivery confirmations, and complete transportation documentation.
• Utilize ELD systems to record driving hours, inspections, and route activity.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and food safety standards; report issues promptly.
• Act as a brand ambassador by delivering a reliable, customer-focused experience.
