Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a CDL-B Driver to deliver food and related products from Mount Pleasant, PA, following DOT rules. The driver will handle loading/unloading, maintain safety checks, and ensure timely delivery while representing the company with customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid CDL-B license.
• 6+ months commercial driving experience.
• 21+ years of age.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• DOT Health Card current or able to secure new DOT Health Card.

Responsibilities

• Performs safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Inspects tractor/trailer and ensures compliance with safety standards.
• Drives to deliver customer orders on predetermined routes.
• Unloads products at customer locations and secures freight.
• Completes required paperwork and logs accurately.
• Verifies delivery with customers and collects signatures/payments where required.
• Maintains cleanliness of tractor, trailer, and loading dock areas.
