Job summary

The Chefs’ Warehouse is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to join our delivery team in Massachusetts. You will follow scheduled routes, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain accurate paperwork while delivering a high level of customer service.

Candidates should have a valid CDL, be physically capable of lifting 25 pounds, and pass a DOT physical. A positive, professional demeanor and strong time management are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid commercial driver’s license and ability to pass DOT physical.
• Strong driving skills with large vehicles and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 25 pounds and operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts a plus.
• Dependable, hardworking, and effective communicator with good time management.
• Professional, courteous, and focused on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Follow set, scheduled route for daily deliveries.
• Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements and load/unload products as needed.
• Read maps or GPS to determine and track daily route; deliver goods on time.
• Collect signatures and/or payments at delivery locales and provide delivery confirmations.
• Maintain delivery paperwork and report incidents or vehicle issues to supervisors.
