US Foods in St Paul, MN is hiring a CDL-B Delivery Driver. You will safely deliver products, unload at customer locations, verify deliveries and collect signatures to ensure accuracy. The role requires English proficiency and 6+ months of truck driving experience, with the ability to manage payments when applicable.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm, with a strong safety culture and comprehensive benefits. Pay starts at $29.78/hour, increasing after 1 year to $31.43/hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL Class B issued by the state of residence with endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum of six months’ commercial driving experience or three months in food/beverage delivery.
• Ability to read and communicate in English; understand highway signs and records.

The CDL B Delivery Driver role goes beyond simply transporting goods - it’s about perfecting the craft of delivery, earning trust mile by mile, and serving as a vital link to our customers. **Key Responsibilities*** **Safe Driving**: Deliver products to our customers in a timely and safe manner.* **Unloading**: Skillfully unload products efficiently using a two-wheeler, ramp, or by hand, placing them in the designated storage areas **– 100% touch freight.*** **Delivery Verification**: Verify deliveries with customers & secure signatures.* **Customer Service**: Provide professional service to enhance customer experience.* **Equipment Inspection**: Conduct pre- & post-trip inspections to uphold safety standards.* **Account Management**: Handle collections and payments when applicable.* **Adaptability:** All other duties assigned by management. **Physical Requirements*** Lift/carry/push/pull/lower 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required.* Driving & working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required.* Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as low as 0 degrees.* Continuously grasp objects & manipulate objects.
