Job summary

Silvi Materials is seeking a Concrete Truck Driver in Englishtown, NJ to safely deliver concrete using an 80,000‑lb ready‑mix truck and coordinate with dispatch for timely deliveries.

Starting times vary from 12:00 am to 9:00 am with a plant call around 4/5 pm; ideal candidates have a CDL, DOT Medical Card, and at least 1 year of driving experience. Excellent benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CDL-A or CDL-B and a valid DOT Medical Card.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
• Variable start times between 12:00 am and 9:00 am; daily plant call at 4/5 pm.
• 1 year of driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of safety and quality to ensure the timely delivery of concrete.
• Operate an 80,000 lb ready-mix truck in compliance with regulations.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections per DOT guidelines.
• Read delivery tickets and communicate with dispatch regarding all deliveries.
• Maintain delivery, truck and driving records in accordance with company policies.
• Wash residual concrete and materials from the truck and barrel.
