Central Washington Asphalt, Inc. is hiring for CDL Truck Drivers in the Coeur D Alene, ID area to operate an asphalt distributor, applying emulsions to roadways and setting the pace for paving operations.

Responsibilities include safe operation, pre/post trip DOT inspections, maintaining logs, daily equipment maintenance, and teamwork with the paving crew. Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL, a DOT Medical Certificate, and be able to perform physical duties.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid Class A CDL.
• Must maintain a current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Perform daily safety inspections on vehicles as per DOT requirements.
• Safely operate tractor trailer delivery vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate distributor truck for asphalt emulsions on roadways.
• Maintain logs and complete paperwork for billing.
• Assist paving crew with other tasks as needed.
• Notify supervisor of repairs needed and keep equipment in safe working order.
