Job summary

FirstFleet, Inc. is hiring for a CDL A Yard Spotter position based in Fort Worth, TX. The role features a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a 4 PM start with a 6 PM–6 AM shift, Monday through Friday (home daily).

Hourly pay is $22.50 with overtime after 40 hours and several performance bonuses. Responsibilities include moving trailers on/off the dock and assisting with empty trailer moves, while providing support to customers and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• CDL A license required from your state of residence or valid credential.
• Spotting experience is required for yard operations.
• Must demonstrate safe operation and adherence to procedures.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers on/off the dock with spotter/hosteling experience.
• Assist with empty trailer moves and dock management.
• Coordinate with customers and teammates to ensure smooth yard operations.

Location & Work Schedule

• Location: Fort Worth, TX 6701 S FREEWAY FTW 76134
• Also have Mon- Fri- Home daily, 4PM start. $22.50 per hour

Pay

• Hourly Rate: $22.50 per hour
• Shift: 6 PM - 6 AM Thursday- Monday. (spotter)
• Overtime: After 40 hours
• Bonuses: Quarterly Safety Bonus
