Job summary

FirstFleet, Inc. in Hodge, LA is hiring for Local Yard Switchers to support night shift with our dedicated customer. This position offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in the first 90 days and hourly pay of $22.50 (PM) or $21.00 (Days), with a rotating schedule and home daily.

Responsibilities include moving trailers, dock work, hours of service compliance, and equipment maintenance. Applicants must have yard hosting experience and a Class A CDL; benefits include medical, 401(k), PTO after 90

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL from your state of residence.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• No DUI/DWI convictions within past 5 years.
• No chargeable D.O.T. reportable accidents within the past three years.

Responsibilities

• Moving trailers on/off docks and unloading bale waste.
• Maintaining Hours of Service.
• Providing customer support when needed.
• Maintaining FirstFleet equipment.
• Pre and post trip inspections.
• Maintaining yard check.
• Home daily.

CDL A Spotter Position - $3000 Sign On Bonus paid in first 90 days

FirstFleet's Hodge, LA location is hiring for Local Yard Switchers with our dedicated customer on night shift.

• Sign on bonus total of $3,000. $1,000 at 30, 60, 90 days. Rehires not eligible- less than 1 year removed.

Pay:

• $22.50 per hour for PM shift $21.00 for Days.
• Thursday- Monday, start time: 6:00 pm. (TUES/WED OFF) 6AM start on days.
• Rotating schedule: of 6PM start for two weeks, then switch to 6AM start for two weeks.
• Schedule is two week days, then two weeks nights.
• Quarterly Safety bonus

Job Responsibilities:
