FirstFleet Inc. in Lebanon, TN is hiring for a local, home daily CDL A Driver with a 56 CPM pay structure and a $5000 sign-on bonus. The role runs a local route within a 300-mile radius, typically Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays.

Shift starts around 1am and runs 10–12 hours. May be asked to fill in for the yard switcher at $22.50/hour plus overtime. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, disability, life insurance, weekly pay and bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year verifiable experience
• CDL A from your state of residence
• Must be 21 years or older
• No DUI/DWI within past 5 years
• No chargeable DOT reportable accidents in past 3 years

Responsabilités

Pay

• $5000 SIGN ON BONUS - Paid monthly in first 6 months
• 56 CPM
• Minimum Trip Pay
• Stop Pay
• Weekly Average $1300 (+)

JOB

• Home Daily - Running local within a 300-mile radius
• Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday's (may spend one night per month in the truck)
• Start Time is 1am, working a 10 to 12hr. shift
• Must be able to fill in for the yard switcher as needed ($22.50/hour + overtime)
• Late model equipment
