Job summary

FirstFleet is seeking a CDL A Yard Spotter for our Fort Worth, TX location. The role requires spotting experience, minimum 1 year of verifiable spotter work, and a 6 PM–6 AM shift from Thursday to Monday. Starting hourly rate is $22.50 with overtime after 40 hours and quarterly bonuses for safety performance.

Responsibilities include moving trailers on/off the dock and assisting with empty trailer moves, with company benefits and a focus on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Class A CDL from your state of residence.
• One-year verifiable experience.
• No DUI/DWI convictions within past 5 years.
• No chargeable D.O.T. reportable accidents within the past three years.

Responsibilities

• Moving trailers on/off the dock- Apply only if you have spotter/hosteling experience.
• Supporting customers with empty trailer moves.
