Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with various agronomy-related tasks to support our operations, including fieldwork, equipment maintenance, and handling agricultural products such as chemicals, fertilizer, and crop protection materials. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a passion for agriculture, and the desire to learn and grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the loading and unloading of chemical, fertilizer, and other products.
• Product and grain transport between locations.
• Operate and maintain basic farm equipment and machinery.
• Support crop production efforts, including field preparation, irrigation, and weed control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities and equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• CDL / Hazmat Required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be licensed and insurable to drive.
• Prior experience in agriculture or a farm environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate farm equipment (tractors, sprayers, etc.) is preferred but not required.
• Physically fit, able to lift 50 pounds, and perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
