Responsibilities

**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK NIGHT SHIFT**

This position involves operating a water/tack truck, maintaining proper levels on all equipment, and conducting all work following company policies and procedures.

Makes daily pre/post trip inspections on the assigned vehicle to ensure safety and identify any damages or tampering. Reports issues immediately to the shop.

• Drives tanker/tack truck to designated locations, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and area roads.
• Maintains truck logs as per state, federal regulations, and company policy.
• Reports traffic or site condition problems promptly and gathers information about the job site and route details.
• Ensures truck cleanliness and proper maintenance according to the Truck Driver's Handbook guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or related work experience
• 1-2 years CDL driving experience with GVW of 33,000 pounds or more
• Tankerman endorsement required
• Meets all DOT physical requirements
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License required
• Hazmat experience preferred but not mandatory
• Skilled in loading and unloading fuel and oil at terminals
• Valid Driver's license required
