Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. seeks an experienced full-time CDL-A Yard Jockey in Fairless Hills, PA. You will move trucks around the yard, position them for loading or unloading, and may perform local deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent CDL-A experience, van type trailer preferred.
• Previous Jockey or Switcher experience preferred.
• Must hold or obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• No more than three moving violations and/or accidents in the last three years, subject to review.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain TSA security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers around the terminal to various locations.
• Maneuver the truck into loading and/or unloading positions.
• Visually inspect trailers and/or trucks before and after moving each.
• Connect tractors to trailers.
• Assist with loading and unloading of freight as needed.
• Maintain documentation of each trailer moved throughout the shift.

A Duie Pyle is seeking an experienced, full-time CDL-A Yard Jockey in Fairless Hills, PA. As a Jockey you will be moving trucks from the Yard to the building and back; maneuvering trucks into loading or unloading positions as needed. May also need to run a local delivery as needed.

To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:
