We are hiring company solo CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional account based in Minooka, Illinois. Drivers operate nighttime routes throughout the Midwest hauling a combination of refrigerated and dry van freight.

Earn a fleet average $1,500 - $1,700 per week, with estimated annual earnings of approximately $78,000 - $88,400 based on 52 working weeks. Drivers are primarily home weekly and may receive one or two additional nights at home during the workweek, depending on freight, routes, appointments, weather, traffic, and available hours of service.

Pay

Fleet-average weekly pay: $1,500–$1,700

Estimated annual earnings: $78,000–$88,400

Mileage pay: $0.47–$0.49 per mile, based on verifiable experience

Home Time & Schedule

Primarily home weekly

One to two additional nights at home during the workweek may be available

Night-shift start window: approximately 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Schedule varies based on operational needs and available route assignments

Weekend availability is required

Routes and workdays may vary based on customer and freight requirements
