EnergiPersonnel seeks a Vacuum Truck / Hydro Vac Operator (Class A CDL) to operate equipment and perform field work across the Permian Basin.

The role emphasizes safety, physical stamina, and ability to work 10–16 hour shifts, including weekends, with travel throughout West Texas and Southeast New Mexico; on-site, team-driven environment with OSHA-style safety.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of Class A CDL driving required.
• Valid Class A CDL Tanker Endorsement required.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass all client and company safety requirements.
• Must be able to work 10-16 hour shifts and Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
• Must be able to work throughout West Texas and Southeast New Mexico.

Location:Permian Basin Region (Midland, Odessa, and surrounding areas throughout West Texas and Southeast New Mexico)

Schedule:Monday through Sunday

Average10-16hourshifts per daypossible

Home every night

Work performed throughout Texas and New Mexico

Position Summary

Position Summary--We are seeking a hardworking and safety-minded Vacuum Truck / Hydro Vac Operator to join our growing team.--Thisis notjust a driving position. The selected candidate will be responsible for both operating a vacuum/hydro-vac unit and performing hands‑on field work at customer locations throughout the Permian Basin.--The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, oilfield experience, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.--This position requires an operator who is comfortable working with hoses, fittings, tools, and equipment while maintaining a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Class A CDL driving experience required
• Valid Class A CDLTanker Endorsement required
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass all client and company safety requirements
• Must be able to work10-16hourshifts and Saturdaysand Sundaysas needed
• Must be able to work throughout West Texas and Southeast New Mexico
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

• Hazmat Endorsement preferred but not required
• Minimum 6+ months of Vacuum Truck and/or Hydro Vac experience preferred
• Previous oilfield, industrial, construction, or utility experience preferred
• CurrentSafelandand H2S certifications preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and experience working with equipment and tools

Essential Job Duties

Physical Requirements

• Must be in good physical condition.
• Ability to lift, carry, pull, and maneuver heavy hoses and equipment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work outdoors invariedweather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding labor throughout the workday.
• Comfortable using hand tools and working around heavy equipment.

Required Certifications & Screening

DOT Physical & Drug ScreenCandidates must successfully complete a DOT Physical and Drug Screen.

Applicants with a current valid Medical Card will not be required to obtain a new DOT Physical.

Drug Screens may be completed in our office.

All required documentation must be uploaded and maintained in the candidate's file once completed.

Safeland & H2S Requirements

CurrentSafeland, Basin Unitedand H2S Clear certifications are strongly preferred.Client would like candidates who already possess these certifications whenever possible.If suitable candidates do not currently hold these certifications, arrangements can be made for required training.
