Job summary

Cascade Process Controls is seeking an experienced Hydrovac Operator with a valid CDL Class A to join the HDD team in San Antonio, Texas. The role involves operating hydrovac equipment to safely excavate, daylight utilities, and support HDD construction activities.

You will inspect equipment, perform routine maintenance, and maintain logs while working with the HDD crew under supervision. OSHA and DOT safety rules apply, and some travel to multiple sites may be required.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required.
• Clean driving record and DOT compliance.
• Preferred: hydrovac and HDD/construction experience.
• Ability to operate and maneuver hydrovac on active sites.
• Knowledge of underground utilities and safe excavation practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate hydrovac trucks and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform hydro excavation and daylighting of underground utilities.
• Support HDD crews with potholing and excavation activities.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; report issues.
• Complete daily logs and related documentation.
• Travel to jobsites and comply with DOT regulations.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
