Job summary

System Transport is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional flatbed routes based out of Kansas City, MO, hauling steel, machinery, building materials, and more. Training is provided for recent CDL-A grads through 10/31/2026.

Earn weekly pay between $1,018.63 and $2,152.27 with a $0.65–$0.69 per mile CPM, plus a $1,800 transition package and orientation pay. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) match, and full health benefits.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required or training provided for recent CDL-A grads.
• Age 21+ and a safe driving record are mandatory.
• Background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse compliance required.
• Must lift a 90-lb tarp onto a 5-ft platform as part of orientation.

System Transport is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for regional flatbed routes based out of Kansas City, MO, hauling steel, machinery, building materials, and more. No experience? No problem—we’ll train qualified CDL-A graduates through 10/31/2026.

Division 290 Kansas City (Recent CDL-A Grads):

• Earn $1,018.63 - $2,152.27/week ($52,968.74 - $111,917.87/year)
• $0.65 - $0.69 CPM based on experience
• $1,800 transition package including $1,000 orientation pay
• Off most weekends for 34-hour reset
• Late-model equipment with modern safety technology

• CDL-A
• Age 21+
• 6+ months experience preferred (if you are a RECENT CDL-A Grad, we will train you)
• Safe driving record
• Background Check Required

• Must be able to lift a 90-lb tarp onto a 5-ft platform twice (required; tested at orientation).
