Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking experienced truck drivers in Garland, TX. You will operate tractor-trailers, including doubles and triples, and deliver excellent customer service while loading and unloading freight.

This role requires a valid CDL-A, a safe driving record, and the ability to obtain hazmat/tank/doubles endorsements as needed. Compensation starts at $37.18 per hour for experienced drivers, with full health insurance on day one, life and disability insurance, PTO, 9 paid holidays,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Endorsements for hazmat, tank vehicle and doubles/triples within 90 days of employment.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positive tests or refusals in the last 3 years.
• Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or be willing to obtain one.
• Work a flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours a day, including day, night and weekend shifts.
• Preferred: currently possess hazmat, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles and triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
