Swift Transportation in Troutdale, OR is hiring an OTR Regional CDL-A driver to run the Western region. Home every 2 weeks, weekly pay, and competitive earnings cited. Will train new drivers; CDL-A required. New fuel network and free showers, plus comprehensive benefits are included.

Starting July 13, 2026, eligible solo drivers can secure a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week during the first 90 days, with additional trip pay based on dispatched miles.

Job description

Swift Transportation is hiring now in OR for an OTR Regional CDL-A driving job based out of Troutdale, OR. This lane runs in the Western region and is home every 2 weeks.

• $1,500 Average Weekly Pay
• Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.43 to $.58cpm depending on route and verifiable experience
