TransForce is seeking experienced CDL Class A Drivers for a local port and rail operation in North Charleston, SC. This role offers a strong earning potential, home daily, and a Monday–Friday schedule with an early start.

You will operate locally, complete container moves, and coordinate with dispatch to maximize daily productivity. Training is provided, and benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage along with paid time off and a referral program.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required and maintained in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of recent, relevant Class A driving experience.
• TWIC card and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Clean motor vehicle record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
• Must comply with all DOT/FMCSA regulations while operating.
• Local port/rail route experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL Class A tractor-trailer on local port and rail routes.
• Complete container pickups and deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with dispatch to maximize daily moves and meet delivery schedules.
• Follow port and rail terminal procedures and safety requirements.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate trip documentation and comply with all regulations.

About the Position

TransForce is seeking experienced CDL Class A Drivers for a local port and rail operation in North Charleston, South Carolina. This position offers excellent earning potential, consistent Monday-through-Friday work, and home daily. Pay & Schedule

• Average earning potential of $1,800–$2,300 per week, based on productivity
• Optional Saturday work with additional bonuses of $50–$100 based on completed moves
• Monday through Friday, approximately 5:00 AM start
• Local routes, home daily
• Paid training at $150 per day for 2–3 days
• Route type: Local port and rail transportation
• Freight: Container moves between ports, rail yards, and customer facilities

Key Responsibilities
