About Us

Located in New Ulm, MN, J&R Schugel offers routes spanning I-35, Midwest, Texas, Northeast, and Southeast. We invest $65 million in new equipment to ensure safety and comfort.

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $0.57 - $0.66 CPM
• Weekly Pay: $1,200 - $1,600
• Onboarding Bonus: $500
• Vacation Pay: $1,000
• Average over 2,500 miles/week
• Bi-annual pay increases based on performance
• Weekly direct deposit
