Job summary

Blue Ridge Haulers is hiring a CDL A Truck Driver for established TX lanes, delivering no-touch freight with consistent weekly home time. Expect 2,300–2,400 miles weekly, regional lane from Baytown to DFW, and 60% drop-and-hook operations. Orientation pays $300 and full benefits start after 30 days.

Detention, layover, and extra-stop pay are provided along with 24-hour dispatch support. You’ll drive 2022+Freightliner, Kenworth T680, or International with automatic transmission and come home

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL and be 21+.
• 6+ months of over-the-road (OTR) experience in the last 12 months.
• No major accidents or violations in the past 5 years.
• No safety-related terminations from prior employment.
• Solid 10-year work history (school or training gaps allowed).
• No DUI/DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 10 years.
• Pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch dry van on TX lanes, Baytown to DFW, home weekly.
• $0.58 per mile with 60% drop and hook; 2,300–2,400 miles weekly.
• Detention, layover, and extra stop pay; paid orientation.
• Full benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, 401K, PTO.
• Home weekly for 34/48 hours; no slip seating.

You're not chasing freight across the whole country. You've got a lane Baytown TX delivering to DFW market. You know your route, you know your customers, and every week you're pulling back into your driveway with the same truck you left in.

That's the setup here. Consistent miles, no-touch dry van, and 60% drop and hook so you're not burning time waiting at docks.

WHAT YOU'RE EARNING

• Average weekly gross: $1,200 to $1,500 paid direct deposit
• $0.58/mile -all miles paid
• Paid orientation $300 before you ever turn a wheel
• Full benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, 401K, and PTO
• Detention, layover, and extra stop pay your time is compensated

WHAT YOUR WEEK LOOKS LIKE

• 2,300 to 2,400 miles per week on a defined lane

REQUIREMENTS
