Job description

Secure an immediate seat in our expanding Regional Fleet. We are actively booking orientations for commercial drivers who want consistent miles, a stable bi-weekly rotation, and a reliable trucking network.

Financial Breakdown:

• Gross Target: $1,200 - $1,300 weekly average gross earnings
• Mileage Compensation: $0.51 CPM base starting rate
• Additional Pay: $15.00 flat rate for every route stop
• Bonus Program: Access to monthly performance payouts

Operational Facts:

• Freight Setup: Refrigerated operation (Reefer) with 100% No-Touch Freight requirements.
• Weekly Run: 1,900 to 2,100 average miles weekly within favorable regional lanes.
• Time Off: Scheduled routing bringing you home every two weeks.
• Shift Rotations: 24/7 continuous network dispatch. Requires flexibility for day/night driving shifts and weekend/holiday rotations.
• Driver Types: Open to Solo operators and established Driving Teams.

Minimum Candidate Profile:

• Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A)
• Open to Trainees (recent school graduates) and experienced First Seat drivers
• Zero specialized endorsements required to start
