Job summary

New Legend is hiring OTR team drivers and solo drivers to haul freight across the Western network. You’ll enjoy strong base pay with bonus upside, flexible home time, and pay structures that reward mileage, detentions, and bonuses.

The fleet covers Western 13 states, with regional resets and 2+ weeks out for OTR teams. Drivers get paid orientation, access to hazmat pay, and a family-friendly culture with comprehensive benefits.

• Run the Western 13. Drive consistent lanes across WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, UT, WY, NV, MT, CO, NM, OK, TX, plus the I-5 Corridor.

OTR Team Driver Overview

• High team CPM with bonus potential. Earn up to $0.90 CPM split, plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*
• Big retention bonus. Teams are eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus paid out over 2 years.*
• OTR schedule that keeps you moving. Teams typically stay out 2+ weeks with 2 days home.
• Run the Western network. Consistent freight across the Western 13 states and I-5 Corridor.
