Legend Transportation Inc. is seeking experienced OTR/Regional tractor-trailer drivers to join our Western 13 and I-5 corridor operations. You’ll earn strong base pay with bonus upside and a generous benefits package, with flexible home-time options and driver-friendly freight.

Teams and solos both welcome, with opportunities for retention bonuses and per diem options. We value safety, reliability, and consistency across long-haul runs and varied freight lanes.

• Run the Western 13. Drive consistent lanes across WA, OR, ID, CA, AZ, UT, WY, NV, MT, CO, NM, OK, TX, plus the I-5 Corridor.

OTR Team Driver Overview

• High team CPM with bonus potential. Earn up to $0.90 CPM split, plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*
• Big retention bonus. Teams are eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus paid out over 2 years.*
• OTR schedule that keeps you moving. Teams typically stay out 2+ weeks with 2 days home.
• Run the Western network. Consistent freight across the Western 13 states and I-5 Corridor.

*All pay and bonus amounts may vary by job type, location, experience level, and performance and are subject to change based on company discretion.
