Job summary

Legend Transportation Inc. is seeking experienced truck drivers for over‑the‑road routes across the Western states and I-5 Corridor. This role offers strong base pay with bonus upside and flexible home-time options, including extended stays and 34‑hour resets at home.

OTR Team Driver Overview

• High team CPM with bonus potential. Earn up to $0.90 CPM split, plus additional pay opportunities that stack on top.*
• Big retention bonus. Teams are eligible for a $10,000 retention bonus paid out over 2 years.*
• OTR schedule that keeps you moving. Teams typically stay out 2+ weeks with 2 days home.
• Run the Western network. Consistent freight across the Western 13 states and I-5 Corridor.
