Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable CDL A Truck Driver / Yard Jockey in the greater BRASELTON, GA area to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for exercising safe and efficient practices when operating equipment, adhering to all federal and state driving regulations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely moves and service to our customers and team. At Lazer, we are driven to achieve!

• $22.50 Per Hour + Shift Differential
• Overtime after 40 hours
• 48 hours per week

Pay Range: $22.50 - $25.50 per hour

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SHUTTLING AND/OR SPOTTING TRAILERS
• Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and trailers, in compliance with all CDL regulations and company guidelines
• Transport trailers to and from designated locations safely and timely
• Perform routine vehicle inspections
• Adhere to safety policies and regulations
• Handle equipment and products properly for our customers
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, team members, and vendors; maintain accurate logs

Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License Class A
• Proven experience with a satisfactory MVR record
• Current DOT Physical and Medical Card
• Ability to handle long hours and various weather conditions
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Physical ability to get in and out of the truck multiple times
