The Shuttle Driver delivers full trailers to our domicile locations and returns empty trailers to our distribution centers.

• Pay Rate: Drivers earn $62,000 to $72,000 per year.
• Dispatch between noon and 2 p.m.
• 5 days a week, 9-10 hour shifts.
• Drop & Hook. No touch freight.

Essential Job Functions

• Inspect the rig for defects pre- and post-trip and submit DOT inspection reports.
• Ensure product is secured inside the trailer for undamaged transport.
• May perform line haul and/or backhaul at times.
• Work safely to prevent injury and damage.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 1 year or 50,000 miles of tractor trailer experience.
• Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
