Job summary

PADNOS in Howell, MI is seeking a skilled CDL-A driver to operate a range of trucks and equipment, delivering and positioning trailers and large loads for customers and PADNOS facilities. You will ensure safe operation, complete required paperwork, and provide excellent service during deliveries and pickups.

The role requires at least 1 year of driving experience, a clean record, and the ability to work independently while staying highly organized and detail oriented.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license with no manual transmission restriction (E restriction).
• Clean driving record and ability to operate equipment safely.
• Ability to work independently with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical successfully completed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company owned and leased trucks to facilitate shipping and receiving operations.
• Perform required maintenance and submit reports.
• Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup.
• Prepare shipping documents, weigh loads, and inspect materials.
• Maintain scale tickets, logs, trip reports and related paperwork.
• Inspect loads and tarp/secure loads as necessary.
• Protect company property in excellent condition.
