Job summary

STG Logistics is seeking a CDL Truck Driver (Class A and/or Class C) for our Distribution division. You will be responsible for the safe, compliant, and timely delivery of goods and/or passengers to business customers, with duties including LTL support and tool-typical trucking tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with endorsements.
• Current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Hazmat certification preferred but not required.
• 12 months of verifiable driving in the past 3–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate pickup and delivery of goods to businesses and piers.
• Operate Class A/C commercial vehicles per licensing.
• Verify and follow delivery instructions for accuracy.
• Maintain PODs, fuel receipts, trip logs and records.
• Maintain on-time pickup/delivery per service standards.
• Comply with FMCSA regulations and maintain HOS with ELD.
• Adhere to DOT drug/alcohol testing requirements.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily.
• Report defects or safety violations immediately.
• Support loading/unloading cargo and overtime as needed.
