Job summary

TBC seeks an experienced Class A CDL regional truck driver based at our Waterloo, IN facility. You will run a Monday–Friday regional schedule with no weekend dispatching and most nights at home.

The role focuses on secure, safe delivery to regional partners with strict DOT compliance and documentation. You will handle loading/unloading, bill of lading, trip inspections, and daily logs, while supporting a company display transport, vehicle upkeep, and expense reporting.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required and regional driving experience preferred.
• Experience with DOT regulations and daily logbooks.
• Strong customer service and on-time delivery focus.
• Ability to secure and transport deliveries while maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely secures, loads and transports deliveries regionally per DOT and company procedures.
• Maintains delivery authorization, pickup documentation, and bill of lading accuracy.
• Completes DOT pre-trip inspections and logbook entries daily.
• Transports displays for contractor shows and assists setup/breakdown.
• Keeps vehicle clean and reports any issues or damages.

Average pay $109k annually (hourly pay + O/T) CDL A Flatbed Truck Driver – Regional | M-F, No Weekends, Home Most Nights

Schedule & Home Time

This is a regional position, not over-the-road. You'll run a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend dispatching. Most drivers are home every night — on average, you may sleep out 1–2 nights per week, and never more than 4 consecutive nights. You'll always have your weekends at home.

TBC is seeking an experienced Class A CDL truck driver, based out of our Waterloo, IN facility. The ideal candidate will be experienced with securing and transporting deliveries regionally, as well as delivering excellent customer service to our partners.

Here is some insight into what your day-to-day will entail:

• Use of Moffett for on job sitesSafely secures, loads and transports deliveries in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations
• Obtains and maintains proper delivery authorization and pickup documentation
• Verifies shipment documents to include bill of lading and work orders
• Completes daily DOT pre-trip inspection and logbook
• Submits and verifies accuracy of information
• Facilitates annual contractor show by transporting displays, setting up and breaking down the company display booth
• Responsible for the cleanliness and proper maintenance of vehicle
• Reports on issues, accidents and damage to leadership team
• Maintains and submits trip-related receipts and expenses
• …..and no tarping!

• Paid sleeper pay when sleeping out
• AVG 50-60 hours per week, (O/T anything over 40hrs worked per week)
