Swift Transportation Atlana, GA terminal is seeking refrigerated OTR drivers to operate coast-to-coast routes out of Georgia. You’ll encounter a variety of load options and have strong earning potential with weekly pay.

Guaranteed Pay Plus+ starts July 13, 2026 for eligible drivers, with a minimum of $1,000 per week during the first 90 days of solo driving. Pay ranges from $0.43–$0.58 per mile, plus a comprehensive benefits package, 30+ terminals across 25 states, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a valid Class A license.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• Not disqualified from driving a commercial vehicle under federal, state, or local regulations within the last 3 years.
