Job summary

TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc. in Norco, LA, is seeking full-time Truck Drivers to join our team. You will load, deliver, and unload cargo, drive long distances, and report to the Branch Manager.

A current Class A CDL and 3 years of commercial driving experience are required. Qualifications

• Must have strong reading and writing ability in English and be able to complete reports.
• Mechanical and analytical skills are preferred.
• Ability to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines is essential.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo.
• Record cargo amount and type.
• Take orders for new deliveries and drive long distances.
• Fuel truck, clean cab and wash windows.
• Report incidents to dispatcher.
• Monitor road conditions and traffic.
• Follow all traffic laws.
• Inspect trailer before/after trip and note defects.
• Follow accident procedures if needed.
• Maintain log of activities.
• Report major mechanical problems to appropriate personnel.
• Keep vehicle and equipment clean and in good condition.
