10-4 Truck Recruiting seeks CDL A drivers to begin their driving careers with OTR, regional and local lanes based on location. The program includes mentor training for new grads and opportunities for experienced drivers to join.

Expect lane details such as 0.35–0.65 CPM, weekly gross between $1,000 and $1,200, and home time every 1–2 weeks. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching and PTO, with a focus on safety and career growth.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Recent graduates with verifiable Truck Driving School training within 12 months.
• Recent graduates should be ready for Mentor training for minimum 10 days, paid $75 per day.
• Minimum 3 months OTR experience with verifiable tractor-trailer experience in past year and school or training program within past 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR Solo Dry Van with no touch freight.
• Home time every 1–2 weeks, out 1–2 weeks at a time based on location and freight.
• Shift runs Mon–Sat with a 34‑hour reset every Sunday.
• Earn mileage pay CPM 0.35–0.65 and weekly gross $1,000–$1,200.
• Layovers and stops pay per stop or per 24‑hour period.

Are you a recent graduate/no experience, CDL A driver looking for a great fit? Do you have the requirements below?

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Applicants who have graduated from a verifiable Truck Driving School within the last 12 months and have not been hired by any trucking company
• Recent Graduates/No Experience should be ready to begin Mentor training for minimum 10 days, paid $75 per day (a thereafter go to base mileage pay below)
• __Minimum 3 months experienced drivers with current verifiable OTR experience in a Tractor Trailer in the past year AND completed an accredited school (must have proof) or a reputable carrier training program within the past 2 years

This lane is suitable for recent graduates. Experienced drivers are welcomed to apply!

Lane Details:

• Lane Info : OTR Solo Dry Van - No Touch Freight,
• Home Time: Every 1-2 weeks - Drivers will typically be out 1-2 weeks at a time, depending on where they live and what freight they are running.
• Shift: While they are out, their schedule will run Monday through Saturday, and they will get a full 34-hour reset every Sunday
• Experience Based Mileage Pay: 0.35 **** CPM - 0.65 CPM
• Average Weekly Gross Per Week : $1,000 - $1,200
• Average Weekly Mileage : 2,500+
• Stop offs: $15 per stop
• Layovers: $75 per 24-hour period
