Pay Packages

We now offer two pay plans. Total pay includes base pay. Choose the plan that suits you best:

• Plan 1: $.56 CPM base for all miles (practical miles) + accessorials/bonuses + benefits (medical, vacation, holiday) + per diem + yearly pay increases + longevity bonus

• Plan 2: $.66 CPM all miles (practical miles) + accessorials/bonuses (no health insurance, no vacation pay, no holiday pay) + per diem + longevity bonus

Additional Pay Benefits

• Total pay includes accessorials like layover, detention, and additional stops/pickups
• Layover pay: $150 per night
• Detention pay: $20 per hour, starts after 1 hour of waiting
• Holiday pay: $150 per holiday
• Additional stops/pickups: $25 each
• Safety bonus: paid quarterly at $.03 CPM per billable mile (if qualified)
• Weekend delivery bonus: $100
• NYC trips (rare and optional): $150 bonus
• Vacation pay included

Pay Schedule

• Starting at $0.56 CPM
• At 6 months: $0.58 CPM
• At 12 months: $0.60 CPM
• At 24 months: $0.62 CPM
• At 60 months: $0.62 CPM plus longevity
• Quarterly bonus: $.02 CPM, top pay reaches $0.66 CPM

Job Duties

• Operate tractor-trailer with reefer unit
• Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections
• Hook/unhook trailers
• Complete required documentation and reports
• Maintain accurate logs
• Communicate with dispatch
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow all laws, regulations, and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
