Oriole Transportation -Rollingwood, TX, United States

CDL-A Regional Truck Driver | Weekly Home Time | $1,191–$1,401 Avg. Weekly Pay + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Oriole Transportation is currently hiring Class A CDL drivers for a regional driving position. This opportunity offers consistent miles, predictable weekly home time, and dependable freight—all with the support of a carrier that values and respects its drivers.

Position Overview:

Sign-On Bonus: $1,000 total

$500 after 30 days of active employment

Home Time: Drivers are home weekly for a 34-hour reset

Average Weekly Pay: $1,191–$1,401+ gross

Weekly Miles: Approximately 2,000 miles per week

Haul Length: Average load length around 300 miles

50–60% drop & hook

Additional Pay:

Detention: $12.50/hour after 2 hours

Layover & Breakdown: $100/day

Up to 3 CPM extra for performance (mileage, safety, productivity)

What We Provide:

Assigned, late-model equipment (2021 or newer)

Automatic transmissions

Take-home trucks

Dry van trailers with updated equipment

24/7 driver support and dispatch

Orientation & Onboarding:

Paid orientation (3 days)

Company-provided transportation to orientation

Compensation provided during training

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must pass a pre-employment drug screening (urine and hair)

Experience using E-Logs preferred
