Job summary

NIS EXPRESS is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR drivers for 100% no-touch freight, running all 48 states, mostly east of I-35, with no forced dispatch into NYC or the five boroughs.

Expect 12 days out, 2 days home; equipment includes 2023+ Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth; benefits start after day 30, with full medical, dental and vision, 401(k) company match, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

• 90+ days solo OTR experience
• Clean MVR, no DUI in the last 5 years, no SAP
• Pass DOT physical and drug screen

Job description

Now hiring experienced CDL-A OTR drivers for 100% no-touch freight running all 48 states, mostly east of I-35. No forced dispatch into NYC or the five boroughs.

Freight

100% no-touch freight, so you're not loading or unloading by hand. Mix of drop-and-hook and live-unload loads.

• 50 to 60% drop and hook
• 40 to 50% live unload

Pay

• $0.56 to $0.60 per mile
• Up to 3 CPM performance bonus based on safety, mileage and productivity
• $1,400/week guaranteed minimum for your first 6 months (if requirements met)
• Average weekly pay $1,500-$1,600
• $2,000 sign-on bonus — ask your recruiter for the full payout breakdown

Schedule

• 12 days out, 2 days home
• Run all 48 states, no load refusals, no preventable accidents
