Job summary

The Royal Group (TRG) in Marion, Ohio is seeking a Truck Driver to operate company trucks for timely, safe deliveries. You will inspect loads, verify counts, and drive routes in compliance with federal and state regulations.

Daily duties include logging hours, handling paperwork, and interacting with customers at delivery points. Required is a High School diploma or GED and a Class A CDL with DOT qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Possess and maintain Class A CDL.
• Maintain compliance with DOT driver qualifications.
• 2–4 years’ work experience in corrugated industry preferred.
• Knowledge of regional roadways and routes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect load and verify count before departure.
• Transport loads via correct routes while following laws.
• Obtain shipping documents and signatures, file paperwork.
• Complete reports like Production, Truck Service, Safety, Quality.
• Maintain daily timecards and logs accurately.
• Interact professionally with customers at delivery/pickup.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance.
• Report maintenance items and adhere to safety policies.
