Job summary

Idaho Milk Transport is seeking Local CDL-A truck drivers to move milk between nearby dairy operations, our terminal, and processing plants across Idaho and Utah. You will load milk into trailers and ensure timely deliveries while keeping safety at the forefront.

Qualifications

• CDL-A with 12 months recent tractor/trailer experience.
• Ability to obtain tank endorsement.
• Doubles/Triples endorsement required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Transport milk between local dairy operations, our terminal, and processing plants across Idaho and Utah.
• Load milk into empty trailers for return to the terminal and deliver it to processing facilities for distribution.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain safe driving practices.

We are currently seeking highly motivated Local CDL-A truck drivers to join our team.

• We offer flexible driving positions—choose daily home time or routes where you’re home most nights with occasional overnights. Plus, enjoy the ability to cross-train across roles to maximize hours and keep your schedule full.
• Essential Role: Transport milk between local dairy operations, our terminal, and processing plants across Idaho and Utah—loading milk into empty trailers for return to the terminal and delivering it to processing facilities for further distribution.
• Competitive Pay: Hourly or load-based pay available, depending on the routes you choose and your availability.
• Annual Earnings: Drivers average $75K–$85K per year*
• Safety Incentives: Quarterly safety bonus.

• Work Schedule: Home daily positions available, plus shuttle or rotating runs where you’re home most nights with the possibility of an occasional overnight. Typical schedule follows a 5-on/2-off, then 5-on/3-off rotation.
