Job summary

Idaho Milk Transport in Burley, ID is seeking Local CDL-A truck drivers to transport bulk food-grade milk to customers. Drivers are home daily with predictable schedules, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment.

You will load milk, travel between local dairy operations and processing facilities across Idaho and Utah, with options for daily home time or overnight rotations. Training, benefits, and equipment are prioritized.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license is required.
• 12 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience or eligibility for apprentice program.
• Ability to obtain tank endorsement.
• Doubles/Triples endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport milk between local dairy operations, our terminal, and processing plants across Idaho and Utah.
• Load milk into empty trailers for return to the terminal and deliver to processing facilities for distribution.
• Maintain safe, efficient operations and adhere to regulatory requirements.

We are currently seeking highly motivated Local CDL-A truck drivers to join our team.

• Essential Role: Transport milk between local dairy operations, our terminal, and processing plants across Idaho and Utah—loading milk into empty trailers for return to the terminal and delivering it to processing facilities for further distribution.
• Competitive Pay: Hourly or load-based pay available, depending on the routes you choose and your availability.
• Annual Earnings: Drivers average $75K–$85K per year*
• Safety Incentives: Quarterly safety bonus.

• Work Schedule: Home daily positions available, plus shuttle or rotating runs where you’re home most nights with the possibility of an occasional overnight. Typical schedule follows a 5-on/2-off, then 5-on/3-off rotation.
