Job summary

J Rose Logistics is currently seeking drivers for dry van freight nationwide. Average weekly pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,500, with 100% no-touch freight and miles that provide predictable scheduling. Home weekly for resets, typically 5–5.5 days out, and a 34–48 hour reset at home.

Equipment includes newer trucks and a focus on steady year‑round loads. Benefits include detention pay, a 401(k) match, paid vacation and holidays, and full health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
• Must have verifiable driving activity within the last 90 days
• Valid Class A CDL required
• Must meet all DOT safety, background, and drug & alcohol requirements

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van freight with 100% no-touch loads
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with DOT regulations
• Deliver freight on time with consistent miles and scheduling

Job description

Pay & Home Time

• Average weekly pay: $1,200–$1,500


• CPM paid on ALL miles - loaded & empty


• Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)


• 34–48 hour reset at home


• Consistent miles and predictable scheduling


• Steady year-round freight

Freight & Equipment

• Dry van freight


• 100% no-touch freight


• Approximately 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload


• Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)


• Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International equipment

Additional Benefits

• Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience
  (Maximum of 1 job in the last 6 months OR 9+ months of experience with up to 2 jobs)

• SAP drivers welcome with step 6 complete and some experience with another carrier after completion
