Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
PMB Services, Inc. in Tennessee is seeking a CDL-A driver who thrives on more than highway miles. You will haul pre-built portable storage buildings to sales locations, then set them in place, level and block to spec, and perform site cleanup.
Overnight travel is possible, with most weeks ending at home on Friday or Sunday. Expect a realistic schedule of 40–50 hours weekly, with paid overtime after 40 hours and travel premiums when staying away overnight.
Description:
This Is Not a Sit-and-Drive Job
We need a CDL-A driver who is comfortable doing more than logging miles. You will haul pre-built portable storage buildings to and from sales locations, manufacturing plants, and directly to customers — then get out of the truck and set the building in place: leveling, blocking, and site cleanup. You will also run repo pulls when needed. If you want a route where the work ends at the loading dock, this is not it. If you want variety, physical work, and customer-facing responsibility on top of driving, keep reading.
Realistic schedule: 40-50 hours per week on a normal schedule. Guaranteed Home Every Weekend. Friday Night – Sunday. Expect roughly 1-3 nights away from home per week depending on geographic location. We'll be straight with you about this up front — no surprises after you start. We can talk through this specifically during the interview process.
