Position delivers to Metro Detroit/Flatbed routes with home daily, 50+ hours/week, shift times vary. Respondents must have CDL and endorsements, pass Ryder's drug/background checks, and meet minimum experience criteria.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL with endorsements.
• 9 months to 5 years tracto­r-trailer experience within specified windows.
• Pass Ryder drug test and background check incl. MVR for last 3 years.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in loading/unloading if required
• Performs other duties as assigned
