Job summary

CR England is seeking experienced truck drivers to join our intermodal fleet, starting and ending at the McCook, IL rail ramp. Most work stays within a 65-mile radius, with a mix of live load and drop-and-hook freight across multiple dispatches per shift.

Drivers operate day cabs, return to the yard daily, and some dispatches extend 500–600 miles round trip to OH, MI, KY, IA and WI. Home daily with two days off, 10–12 hour days, optional 6th day, and you must have your own transportation to the

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive a day cab and operate within a 65-mile radius of the McCook, IL ramp.
• Handle a mix of live load and drop-and-hook freight across multiple dispatches per shift.
• Home daily with 2 consecutive days off; typically 10–12 hours per day, 5 days a week; optional 6th day.
