Job summary

XPO is seeking a Truck Driver in Fort Smith, AR for a home daily CDL‑A position. You will operate tractor‑trailer combinations, load/unload freight, and provide excellent service to customers.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL, a safe driving record, and the ability to obtain HazMat/tank/doubles endorsements within 90 days. The job offers competitive pay starting at 28.61 per hour, full health benefits on day one, PTO, holidays, 401(k) with match, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license.
• Safe driving record and history.
• Endorsements for hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples within 90 days.
• Pass a DOT drug test with no positives or refusals in the last 3 years.
• Possess or obtain DOT Medical Certification Card.
• Flexible schedule up to 12–14 hours daily, including day, night and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including doubles/triples.
• Provide excellent service to customers, including generating sales leads.
• Load and unload freight.
